Background Information:
With migrants, asylum seekers and refugees continuing to transit this region of the Ukraine it became important insure that state migration mechanisms were functioning properly and within international norms.
Border Monitoring Project: The goal was to improve the mechanisms through careful monitoring in Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and the Russian Federation
